Overview

Your team has a personality, your business has a culture and your industry has a history. Escalla Apprenticeships work with local businesses to support their thriving needs with careful thought and consideration to guarantee ‘success’.

At the heart of our company is the desire and capacity to deliver interesting, engaging and productive learning whilst providing business solutions for a new generation of employers.

We have been doing this now for over our 25 years and pride ourselves on managing a high level of quality and consistency through our core in-house team of experts.

How do you know this works?

We would love the opportunity to talk to you to help you grow your team.

  • 97% Apprentices go on to be offered a full time job with their employers.
  • 80% Employers take a second apprentice within one year.

Our Process

We do all the heavy lifting, you make the decisions.

First meeting

We’ll answer all your questions about our training process and figure out together what kind of apprentice you need.

Screening

We put a lot of time and effort into finding a candidate that is perfect for your business, based on their skills and personality.

Interviews

Finally, once we’ve short-listed candidates they come to your office for a final interview with you.

Funding

We know how busy you are, so we’ve decided to make everything as easy as possible.

Here’s what you need to know about the costs involved.

Allowance

  • National minimum £3.30/hour
  • Apprenticeships in London may pay more due to travel expenses

Excessive wages can attract applicants for the wrong reasons. You want to make sure the apprentice is driven by a passion for IT and digital marketing, not by an interest in quick cash.

Government funding

  • Training for apprentices aged 16-18 years covered 100% by government
  • £1,500 grant available as financial incentive for SMEs

*Not Guaranteed, conditions may apply.

At Escalla we care

What distinguishes us from other training providers is that we’ll be there right from the start until long after the apprenticeship has finished.

We’re never more than a phone call away.

“Escalla are one of the best apprenticeship companies I’ve worked with.

They care about the individuals involved, not just the programme as a whole.”

Frequently asked questions

That you might be asking yourself.

What if my apprentice doesn’t fit in or comply to procedures?

Should a problem arise, its best to discuss this first with the apprentice himself and his mentor. Many issues are a result of miscommunication and can easily be resolved. You can also give us a call at any time. We’ll try to solve the conflict and ensure all parties involved are happy.

Sometimes it’s possible that things don’t work out despite the best of our attempts. In that case, we’ll do our best to find you a replacement apprentice as soon as possible.
