FastTrack – Recruitment, Training & Induction
What is FastTrack?
“FastTrack” is a cost effective option for any organisation with a multiple staffing requirement or wishing to reduce spend on expensive experienced temporary agency staff. This is a targeted recruitment and training solution that not only benefits your organisation, it also provides regeneration for the local community as candidates are locally sourced, specifically selected, and suitably trained over a period of approximately 6 weeks. In the event authorities have to consider internal applicants (re-deployees) before going out to external advert this would not be a problem as we can ring fence to applicants initially. They could still go through the process as they would still be required to meet aptitude/ability requirements to fulfill the duties of the roles being recruiting to.
The training delivered as part of the programme is dependant on the roles being recruited to.
Why people use FastTrack
Because FastTrack is one of the fastest and lowest cost methods of finding and training talented teams, our clients continue to come back again and again.
We find candidates with innate and transferable skills and give the employers a real means to assess capabilities and role suitability by running a minimum of five days of pre-work training.
This serves as an assessment to ensure that they really are the right people for the job.

How it works
Attraction – We run a local advertising campaign or contact people directly to communicate the opportunities available to people with transferable skills and the willingness to put themselves forward. Selection – We then consider responses, screen applicants through telephone interviews, assess basic skill sets and invite a shortlist to an open day. Interview – With you, we then interview, assess and select candidates for the programme. Induction – We will provide an intensive FastTrack training programme to give candidates the relevant skills and knowledge for the roles that they will fulfil.
Some past clients
One of the team told me that the day right after the course she was already trying out what she had learnt and it was really working. They all said it was the best course that they had ever been on.
