Duties will include:
- Planning and delivering social media content to increase our reach and engage audiences
- Monitoring social media channels, identifying opportunities for engagement, sharing feedback with the team and gathering insight on our audiences and trending topics
- Creating on-brand visual assets (images, GIFs, videos) to support our communications
- Editing, maintaining and uploading content on our website
- Measuring performance of digital marketing activities, using analytic tools
- Supporting the creation and distribution of marketing campaigns
- Optimising content and helping to identify opportunities to drive traffic to our website
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm Total hours per week: 37.50
Training: This will be delivered in block weeks at our academy in Crewe, Cheshire.
Desired skills
- Experience using social media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Familiarity with updating website content using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Digital organisational skills, including computerised file and folder organisation
- Experience of using Microsoft Office programmes
- Experience of producing photos, videos and digital images
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and events
Personal qualities
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Digital marketing and social media experience/background (desired)
- Passion and interest around technology/marketing/communications
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to build stakeholder relationships and adapt communication style accordingly
- Ability to work on own initiative
Desired qualifications
Minimum of GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English is essential
