escalla and the UK's largest Police Force collaborated on a significant programme, where we engaged 26,000 active Police Officers and Police Staff in training and knowledge assessment. This involved establishing two primary centres in the heart of London, equipped with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and a dedicated team of over 100 professionals. The centres were operational seven days a week, accommodating up to 900 candidates daily over a span of 12 weeks.
This initiative was of paramount importance, as the knowledge acquired by participants was required for the implementation of a new IT system to be used by every member of the Police Force. escalla successfully executed this programme, meeting the exact specifications outlined by our client.
