Creativity and Innovation Overview
Our business skills courses are available for organisations to book for their teams. Learning is delivered live online by a qualified instructor in small groups of no more than 12 delegates per course.
It is now a requirement for most managers due to the speed of change that is driving the need for organisations to continually innovate, find new ways of working, new products, new solutions and implement creative problem solving to resolution quickly.
This continuous change means that those within an organisation need to become more creative, innovative and less accepting of the old ways of doing things. They must be agile and resolve issues before their competitors steal a march in their client base whilst the company tries to resolve its problems.
The session is geared for those employees with an innovative mind-set who are able to demonstrate a high level of commitment to completing a project, against all the odds, and find a way to overcome any obstacles placed in their path.
