Course Overview
Remote working has become a necessity for organisations right across the globe. But as we emerge from lockdown, a new ‘normal’ is emerging and companies are realising that remote-working, in its many forms, can actually benefit their businesses and their employees. In fact, research shows that remote teams can be up to 40% more productive than their office based counterparts - but only if they adapt to the new ways of working.
Managing people remotely comes with its own set of unique challenges and getting the most from people that you rarely meet face to face is something that stretches many leaders.
During this course, you will discover the core components of managing remote teams, including onboarding, communication, performance, and culture. You will gain a solid understanding of the both theory and the real world practical elements of managing remote teams.
