This Live Online Introduction to Outlook training for beginners will give you an introduction to the essential features of Outlook for Office 365.
During your 1-hour training, our friendly instructor will teach you the skills to become confident to send and receive emails, work with attachments, use some additional email functions, and manage your inbox efficiently.

An introduction to Outlook Online
Access Outlook Online from Office 365 and navigate around the home screen.
How to create a new email
Create and send a new email, add addressing details, subject and attachments, and format the body of the email.
How to review your Inbox
Review your message list, preview messages in the reading pane, delete messages, flag them and pin them to the top of the Inbox listing.
How to work with attachments
View a file you have been sent, download and save the file, edit in office online and send the file back.
How to use messaging options
Learn how to reply or forward, delete and print a message.
How to use search
Search using keywords to quickly locate messages in your mailbox folders.
Requirements
Before taking this beginner's Introduction to Outlook training, a very basic knowledge of using Outlook or other Office 365 applications would be beneficial but is not essential.
What Are Live-Online Sessions?
Live Online gives you all the benefits of classroom training, but from the comfort of your home or office. Sessions take place on a shared online screen, where your friendly trainer will guide you and your class through the learning topic.
These interactive sessions also give you the opportunity to practice what you’ve learnt, as you take control and demonstrate your new skills to your trainer. Two-way text or voice chat is always available, for when you want to discuss a topic, need help, or want to ask any questions.
