Following our most recent inspection, Ofsted has recognised escalla Apprenticeships* as a Good provider overall.
Added to this, we were also recognised as an Outstanding provider for apprentice personal development, behaviour and welfare.

Our apprentices:
- Make exceptional progress in improving their English, Maths and ICT skills.
- Gain good technical and vocational skills through the wide variety of classroom and workplace activities.
- Make extremely good progress in their job roles.
- Become much more confident, are highly motivated, enjoy their learning and take great pride in their work.
- Undertake useful citizenship projects.
- Would recommend escalla to their friends (95%).
Our staff:
- Deliver expert, high-quality off-the job training that engages apprentices very effectively.
- Work very well with workplace managers to plan on and off-the-job training opportunities.
- Use effective assessment and clear feedback to identify where our apprentices under-perform to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Promote equality and diversity.

Currently, 86% of escalla apprentices go on to full-time employment. But we’re not finished there. We’re always working to further develop young people and invest in their futures – including through our brand-new level 4 qualifications in Software Development and Networking.
