To build leadership, technical skills and competencies to help raise the efficiency of healthcare services across the Central and Southern regions of KSA.
- Working alongside consultancy partners, we designed and develop training bootcamps, covering leadership skills, technical and project management skills.
- Bootcamps equipped learners with competencies included accountability, coaching and mentoring, project management, analytical thinking, data collection and validation and engagement.
- In the covid-19 setting, much of the training was delivered live online, but included exercises, videos, role play and group activities to aid learning.
- Approx. 300 health improvement offices and change agents attended training.
- Programme is ongoing but improvements implemented immediately in healthcare centres and hospitals.
