escalla has extensive experience in creating e-Learning content for training rollouts within changing and pressured environments where processes can change last minute, screens and functionality may not be fully developed when required, and timescales remain short. In 2020, our team was proud to develop a full Cernere-Learning training package for staff working at the NHS Nightingale Hospital London. This was completed in 8 days and nights and included over 35 minutes of new e-Learning content, some of which was based on screens and processes being created by Cerner concurrently to the module development.
Our proven methodology overseen by a dedicated escalla project manager seeks to minimise all identified risks by approaching the development in an AGILE manner. Once content has been agreed by stakeholders, full scripts will be created by our developers and verified by trainers, change leads and, where applicable, clinical leads to ensure that processes, inputs, and scenarios are correct and relevant. Key stakeholders have the option to review developed content at key stages throughout the project to confirm that the e-Learning matches requirements.
