IT Clinical Systems

Tailored and bespoke learning programmes to transform your organisation

Reducing clinical and operational risk through quality e-Learning developed by our expert IT trainers...

We have a core team of dedicated developers that have years of experience delivering IT training in the public sector. Many of them have accreditation on core systems such as Cerner, RiO, SystmOne and Microsoft, and all of them understand the importance of developing simple but effective e-Learning that mirrors Standard Operating Procedures and includes localised processes to ensure that the training of systems is effective, consistent, and accurate.

Our developers will work with your trainers, change leads, and clinical leads to create scenario-based systems e-Learning that can be utilized for rollouts, and BAU and can be utilised across multiple roles to maximise budget and engagement. Recent clients that have benefited from working in partnership with our experienced IT systems development team include Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Barts Health, Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospital NHS Trust, NHS England (then HSCIC), and NHS Nightingale Hospital London.

AGILE project planning process to fit your restrictive timescales with validation checkpoints and quality control...

escalla has extensive experience in creating e-Learning content for training rollouts within changing and pressured environments where processes can change last minute, screens and functionality may not be fully developed when required, and timescales remain short. In 2020, our team was proud to develop a full Cernere-Learning training package for staff working at the NHS Nightingale Hospital London. This was completed in 8 days and nights and included over 35 minutes of new e-Learning content, some of which was based on screens and processes being created by Cerner concurrently to the module development.

Our proven methodology overseen by a dedicated escalla project manager seeks to minimise all identified risks by approaching the development in an AGILE manner. Once content has been agreed by stakeholders, full scripts will be created by our developers and verified by trainers, change leads and, where applicable, clinical leads to ensure that processes, inputs, and scenarios are correct and relevant. Key stakeholders have the option to review developed content at key stages throughout the project to confirm that the e-Learning matches requirements.
