Agile and Scrum Overview
Our business skills courses are available for organisations to book for their teams. Learning is delivered live online by a qualified instructor in small groups of no more than 12 delegates per course.
This course is suitable for those working in or having an interest in an ‘Agile’ environment or who are required to work in an ‘Agile’ way, either now or in the future.
Agile is an iterative product-development / project management methodology in which teams work in brief, incremental “sprints,” and then regroup frequently to review the work and make changes. The agile methodology encourages frequent feedback and the ability to switch focus and priority quickly.
Scrum is a flavour of agile project management. It is a method of managing the design and build of a digital project in iterative increments i.e. those short bursts (the sprints).
