Building Rapport
Our business skills courses are available for organisations to book for their teams. Learning is delivered live online by a qualified instructor in small groups of no more than 12 delegates per course.

Pre-Requisites
This course is suitable for those who have regular contact and dealings with colleagues and stakeholders, where there is a desire to enhance professional working relationships; to achieve mutual respect, enabling business needs and leading to targets being achieved.
Topics
Delegates will learn how to communicate and interact in a more positive way with all those they deal with, no matter their background, level in the organisation or values.
Delegates will gain an overview of the concepts or planning a complete project or any parts of the project that they are involved with. This can assist individuals who have been tasked with delivering small to medium sized projects but who do not have any formal project management qualifications or training.
