Dealing with Stress Overview
Our business skills courses are available for organisations to book for their teams. Learning is delivered live online by a qualified instructor in small groups of no more than 12 delegates per course.
Stress is something many of us experience in our work and personal Iives. Without understanding stress fully, managing it and being able to build resilience we can feel overwhelmed in mind and body. Stress is our body’s way of dealing with a threat or danger. The effects of chronic stress can lead to serious health problems so it is important to recognise both the signs & symptoms of it as well as how to manage it effectively. This programme is the first module of a series of three (dealing with stress, managing stress in others & building resilience) on stress and resilience.
