Topics
Delegates will learn to evaluate decisions that they make including the potential outcomes of those decisions. They will be able to classify their decisions using a process where they will be able to identify the most important factors and link these to the intended outcome.
Delegates will also be able to follow a consistent, logical process for decision making that establishes the best decision every time. During the course they will learn how to structure their approach to making decisions and also evaluate all of the options that they have in front of them.
It is essential that those making decisions should avoid the typical decision-making traps. We will also cover how decisions can be made better using a team concept and the importance of evaluating, recording and reviewing those decisions that are agreed.
