Problem Solving Overview
Our business skills courses are available for organisations to book for their teams. Learning is delivered live online by a qualified instructor in small groups of no more than 12 delegates per course.
Problems can be defined as ‘a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome.’ We face problems on a daily basis and developing ways to address them is one of the most sought after skills. Problems can be situations we’ve never faced before, feelings we’ve never experienced or external environments that are dynamic and complex.This course is designed to give practical tools to understand and manage any problems – the techniques are dynamic, flexible and easy to use.
Duration
Bite-Sized – two hours (including a break) on-line learning via Zoom.

To provide individuals & managers with a clear understanding of:
