Basics of Project Planning Overview
Our business skills courses are available for organisations to book for their teams. Learning is delivered live online by a qualified instructor in small groups of no more than 12 delegates per course.
It provides an overview of the tools and concepts involved in project planning, including the elements that can lead to a successful project outcome.
Content includes planning, development and scheduling tools, the ‘Iron Triangle’, risk considerations, the different phases and processes within project and dealing with uncertainty.

This course is suitable for individuals and team leaders / managers who are involved in projects and who may have a role to play in the planning stage, including scheduling.

This course is an ideal introduction to the concepts of planning a project of small to medium projects.
Delegates will gain an overview of the concepts or planning a complete project or any parts of the project that they are involved with. This can assist individuals who have been tasked with delivering small to medium sized projects but who do not have any formal project management qualifications or training.
