Navigate the Word Online toolbar and interface in reading view.

How to use editing view
Edit a document in Word Online, make quick and simple changes to an existing document or creating a new document with simple formatting.

The limitations of Word Online
Find out which features of Word are not available in the Online version.

How to share a document
Share a Word document and invite others to do the same.

Requirements

Before taking this Introduction to Microsoft Word Online training, a basic understanding of using Word and other Office applications would be beneficial but is not essential.

What Are Live-Online Sessions?
