This course provides an overview of a council’s Revenues and Benefits processing system, and how to put the legislation into practice, using the appropriate system.

Written by our local authority experts, this 4-day classroom course can be delivered alongside one of our introduction courses (for Housing Benefit or Council Tax) to provide a complete Revenues and Benefits system training and legislation package for new staff.

It can also be delivered as a standalone training course for staff with existing knowledge of Revenues and Benefits, but with experience of using a different system.
