This half-day Social Styles (Understanding Personality) training is a great way to improve your conversations, negotiations and interactions.

The aim of the course is to give you the understanding of the social elements that shape people’s behaviour. Then, use this knowledge to better understand others, and adapt your own style for maximum effect.

You will explore the key topics that shape this area of thinking.
