Course Overview 

This workshop aims to provide frontline teams with the tools to produce a bespoke, robust DRE Policy. And to have the skills to confidently assess individual DRE Claims backed up by clear processes. 

This 3.5-hour workshop will improve your understanding of the guidance around DRE, what it is, when it should be offered and what is reasonable. You will also gain the skills to ensure your decision-making is grounded in evidence.

This 3.5-hour workshop is delivered live online with a trainer and can be accessed via a PC, Mac or Tablet.
