The escalla Connect Accreditation Programme is designed to ensure that all trainers meet high industry standards. NEC serves as an accredited training centre, providing a structured pathway for trainers to gain certification and accreditation on specific thematic areas.
The training programme is delivered by our team of accredited ITOL trainers who have undergone an ITOL certification, which benchmarks their trainer skills to ensure consistency in the overall training delivery. Our trainers will provide the upskilling and knowledge transfer required for you to gain your accrediation. The accreditation you gain is underwritten by ITOL and NEC who are the accredited centre.
Once certified, the Trainers will attend the Accreditation Programme and those who successfully complete the delivery programme are awarded Connect Accreditation in the thematic areas of delivery which is valid for 12 months.
Trainers will also be able to upskill in other thematic areas and following assessment to a required level achieve an accredited status. To maintain their accreditation, trainers must engage in continuous learning and stay updated on the latest developments in the Connect system and related business processes.
The programme is tailored for both seasoned trainers and newcomers. Experienced trainers can leverage their previous expertise to fast-track through the certification process, while new trainers participate in a comprehensive training programme that builds their knowledge from the ground up.
This approach, supported by NEC and ITOL, guarantees that all accredited trainers are well-equipped to deliver high-quality training tailored client requirements.
