How the Accreditation Programme Works
The escalla Connect Accreditation Programme, endorsed by the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL), is designed to ensure that all trainers meet high industry standards. NEC serves as an accredited training centre, providing a structured pathway for trainers to gain certification.
The programme starts with trainers undergoing ITOL certification, which benchmarks their skills and ensures consistency in training delivery. Trainers who successfully complete the "Train the Trainer" (TtT) programme are awarded Connect Accreditation, which is valid for a set period. To maintain their status, accredited trainers must engage in continuous learning and stay updated on the latest developments in the Connect system and related business processes.
The programme is tailored for both seasoned trainers and newcomers. Experienced trainers can leverage their previous expertise to fast-track through the certification process, while new trainers participate in a comprehensive training programme that builds their knowledge from the ground up.
This approach, supported by NEC and ITOL, guarantees that all accredited trainers are well-equipped to deliver high-quality training tailored to the needs of their clients.
