Courses for Councillors: Leading People Through Change
Course Overview
The majority of organisations, and the people within, find it very difficult to deal with change. Change means people having to step outside of their comfort zones and having to adapt to new things, usually whilst continuing to meet all other expectations.
It therefore becomes necessary not only to carefully plan and manage any change, but to also manage the communication process. Drive through and embed change whilst maintaining the support and buy-in of those likely to be most affected by it.
This 2-hour workshop will provide the tools and techniques to bring about successful change, with the minimum amount of disruption.
