‘How can we improve our mandatory training experience, completion rates and reporting?’

As a well-respected charitable hospital and research centre – providing specialist care for adults with brain injuries – Royal Hospital for Neuro-Disability (RHN) needed to replace their current face-to-face mandatory training with a new efficient and staff-friendly solution.

With the help of a dedicated steering group and a team of subject matter experts, escalla replaced RHN’s ‘hit or miss’ mandatory training with twelve intuitive e-learning modules – each tailored to the hospital’s specific needs and learning goals. Since our partnership, not only have RHN’s 600+ staff enjoyed 24/7 online reporting, pushed their compliance rate from 67% to 90%, and seen their mountain of spreadsheets become a thing of the past; they’ve also been given the essential basic computer and online-working skills to become confident with their current IT systems, and prepared for the upgrades of tomorrow.
