Apprenticeships:

escalla currently offer five different apprenticeships. The training element of all escalla’s job listings will incorporate one of these.

escalla is based in Crewe, and partners with local employers in commutable distance from our offices. Search our Jobs page to find an apprenticeship across Cheshire and areas throughout the North West of England, including:

No. An apprenticeship combines a real job with training. To start an apprenticeship, you must first have a relevant job role through which you can learn appropriate skills and experience. escalla offers apprenticeships through a number of IT and Digital Marketing roles.

Employers can decide how much to pay an apprentice, but it must be at least the minimum wage. For a new starter under the age of 19, the minimum wage is £4.81 But check here whether you’re entitled to more. FIND OUT MORE 

An apprenticeship can last anywhere between 1-5 years – depending on the qualification you’re doing and your personal circumstances.

You must be at least 16 and living in England to begin an apprenticeship. There is no upper age limit.

You must meet the application criteria for the apprenticeship you’re applying for. These vary, but can be up to 5 GCSEs 4-9 (or equivalent).

No. All costs of apprenticeship training are paid by the employer.

The way you pay for an apprentice has changed since the introduction of the apprenticeship levy. The amount you pay will depend on your organisation, the apprentice, and the apprenticeship qualification. FIND OUT MORE

Most of our courses are delivered live online with an expert trainer. This allows delegates to interact, ask questions and practise new skills – all without leaving their desk.

Some courses/training can be provided in-house for your organisation only. Please speak to us to request bespoke training for your organisation only.

Yes, absolutely, our courses can be delivered all over the world. 

All our courses are broken down into succinct, punchy and manageable 90 minute chunks. It's a fact that 90 minute, intensive and highly focused modules & courses take full advantage of our optimum period of concentration, allowing learning to be rapidly absorbed and stick!

Yes, we appreciate that not one course fits all. We are more than happy to create a bespoke course that works for your colleagues at a location that works for you.  We work with you to understand your objectives and build the course using your sample data and scenarios.
