Full Job Description
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for technical IT and is keen to learn more and start their career in IT support.
Ideal candidates will enjoy problem solving and should have some experience in customer service.
This IT solutions company was founded in 2012 and has now grown to support and manage over 70 schools and businesses around the North West, we pride ourselves on the solutions and services we provide. You will be working as part of the support team, duties will include:
· Assisting technicians with Incident Management and onsite support
· Responding to tickets that come through via the helpdesk
· Supporting and maintaining Firewall and Filtering Solutions
· Assisting with the support and maintenance of Network Infrastructures
· Assisting with the support and maintenance of Microsoft Server / Desktop Operating Systems
· Assisting with the support and maintenance of Enterprise Anti-Virus solutions (Sophos, ESET or similar products)
· Assisting with the support and maintenance of Enterprise Cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365, G Suite)
· Assisting with the support and maintenance of Server / Desktop / Laptop Hardware

Things to consider
As the job involves working in schools the successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check before starting the apprenticeship. One of these roles will site based and the other will involve travelling to different sites around the Crewe/Nantwich area.
