We are looking for a help desk technician to join our dynamic, growing business. We are looking for someone who has a passion for technology and is keen to get into this versatile industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get a foothold into the world of IT and development.
You will be involved in first line support, so you should be able to demonstrate good communication skills and patience. This role will require you to problem solve both technical and user questions. This aspect of the job will give you great experience in both dealing with customers and gaining a deeper understanding of technology, database programming and networking.
The second aspect of your job will be to help develop ‘help files’ and develop tutorials for our software. This aspect of the job will give you experience in both presentation and design.
As we are a relatively small business we are all very hands on. This will give you a great opportunity to be involved in many different aspects of the business. Finally as we are a software company, there is also the opportunity to gain hands on development and programming experience as your knowledge begins to grow.
